I passed my degree as a communication designer in 2010.
Afterwards i worked as intern photo assistant for Danny Kurz Photography and supported at model and product shootings as well as image retouching. As intern for Neon Chocolate Gallery I gained first on- and offline design experience. At ButterflySoulfire i had the chance to have a brief look behind the curtains of the fashion industry.
In 2012 I started as intern in the graphics department for Zalando SE and after two month joined the online magazine News&Style as junior designer. Therefore I created banner for the webshop, several redesigns and cross device designs, where i collected practical knowledge in UX and UI design.
I developed my skills further by supporting the team for big global and local campaigns by creating wireframes for the webshop including guidelines and master files.
After almost 4 years at Zalando i started at Amorelie in 2015 as designer. I took care of the online appearance of the web shop, design and development of print products, cross-media concepts and idea development for many in-house shootings.
In 2017 it was time for me to broaden my expertise further and started as Art Director at digital agency oddity Berlin. I took over more concept work and creative realization, including preparation for storytelling shootings and photo briefings, as well as digital designs for social media campaigns for customers like Obi, Tchibo, Kärcher, Avene and Brunnen. I gather many insights into agency life and work processes.
Until End of 2020 I worked as Art Director at the Zalando Outlet Stores GmbH & Co. KG. I was in charge for developing creative concepts, refine the visual brand language and designs for sale, seasonal and assortment campaigns with focus on the retail stores and connection to online channels. Therefore, producing assets, ads and offline material was part of my daily work, as well.
I also developed a big interest in self-organization and project management. Having a good overview and planning ahead is almost the half of doing a great job :)
From December 2020 I supported the graphics team at Rocka Sports GmbH as a graphic designer. Developing online release and offer campaigns, as well as realizing newsletter concepts, social media content and various packaging designs. After some month I realized this is not my path I want to continue, so I moved on.
From mid-2021 to late 2025, I led the creative team at Outfittery as Team Lead Creative. Managing a team of eight, I developed creative concepts, refined the visual brand language in close collaboration with the brand team, and oversaw the concepting, planning and execution of photo and video productions.
This chapter closed when a merger led to the restructuring and dissolution of the team. It opened the door to a new creative direction. I used the transition to explore freelance work in hair and makeup while intentionally shaping what would come next.
Berlin has a way of opening doors. In January 2026, one led me to Lethel Cosmetics, a Berlin-based indie makeup brand where I've been shaping the visual identity ever since. My work spans creative concept development for product launches, cross-media marketing execution, and leading junior designers.
